THE BRAND-NEW ATOS Q is a robust, accurate, cost efficient ATOS sensor with triple scan technology. It uses fast high-speed fringe projection for high data throughput, fast data processing, high detail resolution & comprehensive quality information in a reduced measurement time. The ATOS-Q is equipped with a bright LED light source. Because of this it is fantastic for measuring many different parts with traditionally hard to measure surfaces such as black plastic parts. It is also equipped with a blue light equalizer and self-monitoring system to ensure only high-quality data is gathered. It can also be used in harsh, shop floor environments. The ATOS Q is very flexible. It has a large range of measuring volumes, (MV’s) MV100, MV170, MV270, MV350, MV500. (The measuring Volume is how much of the part the scanner can measure in one scan.) The ATOS Q can be used with a simple manual setup such as on a tripod with a portable rotary table. It can be used in a fully automated state such as in a ScanBox 4105.
THE ATOS CAPSULE with its triple scan technology, is the perfect tool for small to medium parts that require high precision and fine detail with a fast scanning throughput. The Measurement Volumes (MV’s) range from MV40mm to MV320mm. The ATOS CAPSULE is a self-monitoring system. The GOM software continuously monitors the calibration status, transformation accuracy, environmental changes and part movement. All these self-monitoring tools are put in place to ensure only the highest degree of quality data. The Capsule uses a narrow band blue light, there for ambient light can be filtered out during data acquisition. The ATOS Capsule can be used in a manual state, semi-automated and fully automated in a ScanBox 4105.
ATOS 5 for Airfoil
With an optimal working distance which is great for small working areas, Atos Airfoil delivers extremely high-precision data. Either manual or automated, ATOS 5 for Airfoil is used to measure fan blades, turbine blades or blisks and drum to vanes and power trains. (NGV’S, OVG’S, IVG’S) The incredibly reliable 3D data allows visualizing hidden errors therefore may accelerate production, maintenance and rework. The TriTop system is a Complete 3D Optical measurement system for large parts. The system precisely determines the coordinates of each adhesive reference point and each freehand marking. As with tactile machines, here as well several individual points are combined to primitives and surface deviation is possible to the 3D cad file is directly determined.
The TriTop system is very portable with minimum hardware requirements (2 cases with a total weight of 23 kg)
